Always finding someone to speak with (and knows what they are talking about!). Our staff are all very experienced – several with over 20 years’ experience in hardware and paint – and have intimate knowledge about all the products we sell.
We are family owned (three generations of the Haynes family work in the business) which means we are completely invested in our business. It matters to us that we sell reputable products which are proven to work and, most importantly, that our customers are happy.
We deliver to local building sites, business and residences five days a week and our delivery fee is much lower than our competitors.
Our strong network of suppliers means if we don’t have exactly what you need in stock, we can get almost anything and everything in a matter of days.
The team in our trade department have combined experience of almost 100 years in building supplies and timber so they’ve supplied products for just about any type of job you can imagine. If you have a question, we’re more than likely to have the answer … and if we don’t we’ll do our very best to find out!
If you only want one of something and it comes in a pack of five, we’ll split the pack. We do whatever it takes to make sure our customers get what they need.
We are part of a strong network of family owned, independent hardware stores called HBT which means we get great deals on a lot of our stock and can extend these great prices to our customers.
